Mike was the kindest person I knew. People do kind things but Mike embodied goodness. He took a genuine interest in every human he met on the road of life. I often think of Mike I try to keep his memory alive by over tipping a waitress or a hotel maid. He keeps reminding me to slow down in madness of life.

Mike was, simply, the best friend you could have... he was a capable co-conspirator, enthusiastic advocate, and fellow traveler on the street of dreams. His passions were many and generously shared with even the most casual acquaintances. Mike was my oldest friend...he never let me down. Mike was creative in all things.
