Not sure what to say?

I saw this obituary last week, but hesitated to comment as I wasn´t sure if it was about my buddy that I spent over a year with in the Marshall Islands and California around 1969 & 1970. Everything fits, especially the camera part. The only thing missing is sky diving. If it is my old pal, I´m sorry for being so late and my sincere condolences.

Our sincere sympathy on the loss of your brother, father, grandfather, or relative. May our Lord comfort you as you grieve.

Goodbye Uncle Michael. I loved you and you are missed. I have very clear and fond memories growing up and visiting family outside of my home. We lived hundreds of miles apart and the people I knew to be family I always remembered and you are one of them. Every time we visited Alabama you always made time for me and I remember everyone. Michael was a wonderful brother; I couldn´t ask for better; I could always count on him! He was a loving and caring son; always available to mom after dad died. He was a fabulous, dedicated father, as evidenced by what a fine young man his son, Christopher, has become! Michael proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps (VMFA-323 Death Rattlers) in Da Nang Province, Viet Nam. I miss you already M. Rest In Peace. With love, always and forever, Jane
