We are deeply sorry to hear of this loss. My family's prayers and thoughts are with the entire Holder family during these difficult days.

We were devastated to learn of Michael's tragic passing. Our hearts go out to his wife April and their two young sons. We also send deepest condolences to Robyn and Tom, and the host of friends who treasured his company. We hope everyone's many fond memories of Michael eventually provide some consolation for his loss.
