Michael Howlett Obituary
He was a native of Hardin County and attended Brooks Baptist Church. He loved music, playing guitar and weightlifting. He was a graduate of Central Hardin High School where he was an accomplished football player and he also was a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Mary Ray and John and Helen Howlett.
He is survived by his parents, John and Debbie Howlett of Glendale; his girlfriend, Destiny Price of Elizabethtown; five brothers, Stephen (Liz) Jones of Elizabethtown, Jeremy (Melissa) Jones of Summersville, Jonathan Howlett of Lexington, Jeremy Howlett of Washington, D.C., and Justin Howlett of Irvine, California; his godparents, Dana Sherrard and Jeremy Jones; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and family.
His funeral is at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Pastor Joe Webber officiating. Burial follows in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Donations may be made to the MARC Center in Bowling Green.
