Not sure what to say?

It's been almost a year and I find myself going back to her words and the depth of her perspective on life and death as a part of life. Thank you Michael.

Dear David and Family,

My deepest condolences to you all.

I had the honor of working with Michael on an article during my social work fellowship at Beth Israel Hospital in 1991. She not only helped me create the article, she inspired me to continue to write and publish for the rest of my career. Michael, I am so grateful for all you did for Connie. I have happy memories of our trip to Baltimore despite all that followed.

I remember her from Saint Vincent Academy in Albuquerque, N.M. She was special then and I see she continued to be. May She Rest In Peace in the arms of our Lord. Sincerely Gloria Lucero Leslie

A light went out in the world with the passing of this soul. I am grateful for the gift of knowing Michael during my years at BWH. Even during her illness she continued to teach compassion through her website, sharing her journey of living with ALS. Thoughts and prayers to her devoted family.
