Not sure what to say?

I went all through Longview schools with Mike, a good guy with a big heart and ready smile.

It's been fun seeing him and meeting Ruby at reunions over the years.

Dear Ruby,
We just read Mike's notice in the Clackamas paper. We are so saddened by your loss. I had just been thinking a lot about the two of you. You are in our prayers.
Love INC,
Chris, Kurt, and KC

Dear Ruby and Family, I am so very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. We were in the same class at RA Long, and what a guy Mike was! He will be remembered by all of our classmates as a funny and friendly person. So many of us share your grief, and I know that he will be missed, here on this earth. I send you all my prayers and good thoughts. Sincerely, Linda

Ruby & family, We were so sorry to hear about Mike's passing away. Our blessings to you and your family. We were out of town or we would have made it to the funeral. Kay & Steve Ray, Oregon City, Oregon

Hi Ruby,
Ruth and I are very sorry to hear of Mike's passing.
It seems like only a few months ago we all graduated from High School, then would only see each other for only a fleeting momement now and again. I still vividly recall our last class luncheon at the hotel where Mike and you sat directly across from me. I never thought it would be my last conversations with him.
May our Lord Jessus Christ be with you in your time of sorrow. Mike is definitely in a better place. ...

Ruby,
I just received an email about Mike's passing and wanted to send you a note. It has been years since we last had occasion to talk, and I sure wish the circumstances were different now.

I remember Mike with fond memories, even though he would give me hell for messing up his warehouse when he would take a few days off! What an efficiency wizard and all around great guy.

I am so sorry for your loss. You are in our prayers.
Steve Norton, Ex H & C

Hello Ruby,
You and your family are in our prayers. Mike is with the Savior and reached his reward while the rest of us are still working on ours.

Mike was one of the special group at R.A. Long known as one of the CVG'rs. A group of us kids lived in Columbia Valley Gardens which gave us a chance to grow up on the mini-farms that dotted the Gardens area. All of our parents had us doing chores on our respective plots that were usually an acre or more.

We all...

Ruby,
So sorry to read Mike's obituary--I so enjoyed his quiet humor when we played pinochle at the church, but now I learn he was full of antics. May your faith and good friends at the church be your strength.
