Read Morei met Captain Jaggard a few times through the years , and he had a thoughtful, quiet(pensive),kind demeanor about him. i only regret that i didn't get to know him better.

I worked for Mike at ASN. Mike Jaggard was one of the finest men I have known. Listened to different sides before making a decision. Always willing to talk... to explain his thought process. As he once said, he gave people enough rope to hang themsrlves, but, luckily, few did.
