Michael Leon James better known as "Big Mike", quietly and peacefully departed this world on April 11, 2016 at the Veterans Administration Hospital. He was born on January 5, 1956 to the late Louise and General James. Michael was a graduate of Menchville High School. After graduation, he went in the United States Army. He leaves to cherish his memory, brothers; Robert L. James(Jacqueline) of Warner Robins, GA, Randolph M. James of Hampton, VA and Bernard James(Patricia) of Lakewood, WA; sisters; Audrey M. Graham of Chattanooga, TN, Mary L. Moore of Hampton, VA and Rita D. Tucker of Newport News, VA. Viewing will be 10AM and Service following at 11AM, Monday, April 18, 2016 at the Nickelson~Cummings Funeral Home.
