Michael Jaret

Michael hired me in 1971 at his stereo store. Lots of fantastic memories about him, his entrepreneurship, his family and much more. Cheers Mike, I'll miss you.

You have our heartfelt sympathy. We chose to plant trees in honor of Courtney’s dad, as there has been so many lost trees in the beautiful wine country that he loved.

I only met Michael a couple of times; when his daughter Courtney and my son John were married about eleven years ago and when his dad passed away here in Florida in 2016. He sure was a great guy - always a smile and a positive view on life. It's disappointing that I didn't have the chance to get to know him better. Rest well Michael, we'll miss you.

I only knew Michael for the last 10 or so years of his life. We met through a mutual friend, and Michael became my webmaster and a friend. I enjoyed many lunches with him, hearing about his winemaking adventures and sharing our mutual love of travel, music, and good wine. I attended a couple of his musical gigs and he showed up at a couple of my choral concerts. Michael was an incredibly kind and loving soul, in addition to being talented in so many areas. I will miss him dearly.

My sister and I didn't get to see Michael, Peter and Susan very often but I do remember visiting them in New Jersey and listening to the band. Years later Michael gave me an apple cookie cutter that represented his store. One time we were visiting my Dad and went to see his Dad and Sally and Michael, Chris and Courtney were visiting as well. The kids all played in the pool and my boys were so thrilled to meet cousins they didn't realize they had! I can still picture it. Fast forward to a...

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved ones today and always! Michael enriched so many may peoples lives and used his time on this part of his journey to leave people better off! I true life lived well!
