I am so saddened to learn that Mike passed away a few years ago. I met Mike at Binghamton Savings Bank.....about 1980 or so. He and I immediately connected as we both loved tennis. We never saw each other after he moved to Syracuse. He was a real nice guy.

So very sorry to hear this news. My heart goes out to Judi and Rachel and all who loved Michael. He was always so genuine and kind when we spoke, and I know he loved his family very much. My heartfelt condolences.

I had just become a Partner at Ernst & Young when Mike was invited to our office for an interview and I participated in his hiring. He worked on many of my audit engagements while at the firm and discussed with me his reasons for leaving to go to OB&G. Disappointed when he left I wished him well and he and I remained in contact as he discussed with me each of his later employment moves and I supported each one of them as good for him. I do not know this gentleman. But I too read the obituaries just to read what a wonderful life they lived. This obit did him well! He sounds like he loved life and the people in it. May his celebration of life be as live and vibrant as he seemed to be. May his light continue to shine bright in the lives he touched. My birthday party is that day I certainly will have a glass of wine for Mr. Micheal. My condolences to his family.
