Michael Gregory Kazak

Mike was a special person. He always had a smile and a story to tell. He entertained at my late husbands 50th birthday party and my daughter's graduation. He was a great role model and second father to both of my girls. We will miss him greatly.

Michael Kazak was a surrogate father to me. He has always welcomed me into his heart, his family and his life. He was a truely unique individual who will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.
