I was informed of Mike's passing yesterday. I was shocked. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I always respected Mike and enjoyed his company over the years. I shared many good times with him. He was a true gentleman. He will be missed by his many friends.

I taught with Mike at Trenton High many years ago. He always impressed me with being a very fine teacher and a gentleman. I enjoyed my conversations with him in the faculty room and I was always impressed with his wit, charm and intelligence. David Hodes

My sister Catherine called to let me know and I was very sad to hear that Mike had died. I have very fond memories of my Godfather and of the early Kearns/Dillione family holiday gatherings. I know how fond my mother was of Mike and I am sure they are now getting reacquainted.
