Mike was very smart, quick witted, and keenly observant. As a younger guy he could also be a bit abrasive. We reconnected in the last few years and i mentioned to him how much more mellow he seemed. He said he had been working toward that for some time. We had some very pleasant breakfasts at Elmers restaurant in the last few years. We talked about all kinds of things like our history working together on the Providence psych unit, current politics, earthquake preparedness, music. More...
