Lynn & Boys: I was truly saddened to learn of Mike's passing. Having worked with him for so many years, I new him to be a wonderful person, father and friend. The world was certainly a better place for his being with us.

Lynn, boys and all of the Kelley Family I can't begin to tell you how saddened I and my family are to learn of Michael's death. Indeed, he was a bright, funny and generous person and should be remembered for the many good things he accomplished and will continue to accomplish through his family. Please extend our deepest sympathy to the entire family.
Warm regards.

I knew Michael from my many years of working in the Brown's stadium suites and thought him to be a funny, generous and good man, as well as a devoted husband, father and attorney. I am saddened by his death and the great loss which will be suffered by the city of Cleveland. My thoughts are with his family.
