Michael Allan "Mike" Kenyon

I miss you Mike. You were the heart and soul of our family. You brought us so much joy and listened to us when we needed you the most. You were like a father to me. I pray that you are enjoying heaven and getting together with old friends. Maybe you even met Ted Williams (Red Sox) who was your favorite player. You will forever be in my heart and mind.

Remembering your Dad is something I do often. I went past his diner Sat. and the memories came flooding back. For over 20 years I stopped and we chatted. His humor and caring were wonderful. He would talk about you and family. The last time I saw him, he was in the basement counting the money. My regret is that I did not know he was ill. I wish I could have seen him one more time So wish you would get in touch with me, as I would like to hear more about him. He was a special...

My heart is so saddened with hearing about Mike. I considered him a good friend...I loved him. I have stopped at the diner for over 20 years. I lived in Sodus Point and my daughter and family in Corning. I made many, many trips back and forth and never failed to stop, grab a bite, and have a nice chat with Mike....and sometimes a hug. I moved to Corning 16 years ago and continued that same routine only reversed, as now I was going from Corning to Sodus Point to see my extended family. Mike...
