As a law school classmate and fellow traveler as an LAIP intern to the Green Bay Correctional Institution, we became close friends. As Project Director of the Senior Medicare Patrol of NJ, I always turned to Mike to help with difficult issues. He was always willing to assist. The SMP program and all his colleagues will miss him.
