Howe-Peterson Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Dearborn Obituary

Michael D. Kronner passed away on January 28, 2022 with his family by his side. Beloved father of Kimberly (Leif) Albertson, Christine (Phil) Weir, and Gerald (Andrea) Kronner. Proud grandfather of Benjamin (Katie Watson) Scott, James (Liz) Scott, Jacqueline (Jerry) Guynn, Rosemary Wendt, Erina, Kelsea, Moriah, and Micailah Albertson. Great-grandfather of Parker, Evelyn, Connelly Scott and Roisin (Reilly) Albertson.

Michael had a passion for all kinds of music from rock n’ roll to classical. He enjoyed volunteering as the head usher at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. He was an avid photographer in his free time. Through his life, you could find him racing snowmobiles, spending time on the water racing boats or water skiing, and on the golf course enjoying the outdoors. He passed his love of the water and outdoors to his children.

Michael proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps at the age of 17.

Visitation at the Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home on Friday, February 4, 11am-12pm. Service with Marine Honors at 12 noon.

Not sure what to say?

Condolences to Michael’s family and friends.
I met Michael in Jackson and enjoyed his sense of humor, his humility and his friendship.
He was a good friend and I’m grateful for the time I had with Michael.

Kronner Family....I'm so sorry for your loss.

Dear Kim and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Tears will flow and help heal. Sweet memories will help comfort you. Love is forever. Reading about your father, it is evident that he left a long and lasting legacy of love and helping others. What a wonderful man indeed!
With Sincerest sympathies,
Sarah & Kristen Albertson

Dearest family of Michael, I would love to visit with every one of you to share stories of our fun memories. My time spent with all of you will be forever cherished. Given the current weather conditions I won't be driving to Dearborn but will always be open for a phone call, email or lunch date. My heartfelt sympathy and love.

Micheal , Always there to listen, share stories and to be a part of. All positive. I am better for having shared a small part of our lives. God Bless him.

Your parties were a blast. Us kids playing around the Fox Lake property and the music coming from that stereo system, bouncing off the lake. Good times and good families. We miss those days. Sympathy to the families from Kathy, Shane and Sue Clark.

Sending thoughts and love from the Flores family. Mom's favorite story of Uncle Mike was seeing him fly past the kitchen window after he had fallen out of the upstairs window. She said he was always getting into some mischief like that. So sorry for your loss.

Condolences to Christine, Rosemary and family. May precious memories, your faith, and the loving concern of family and friends help comfort you during this difficult time.
