You are in my thoughts and prayers. I was shocked to hear of Mike's death. Mike was such a great guy to work with. He would always mention how much he loved being with his children and that he couldn't wait to get out of work so he could spend time with them. I am so sorry for your loss. He will be greatly missed in and around the BMC ER.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

To the Kubera Family,
Words can not express our sadness for your family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Kerry,

I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. Grace and Natalie join me in expressing our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Kerry, Cameron, Kristen and Thomas,

I'm thinking of all of you daily. I'll never forget how much Mike loved to laugh, and all of the laughter we all shared through years of friendship. I'll miss him, but comforted to know he's at peace.

Much love,
Stacey
