Not sure what to say?

Having worked with Mike in Tennessee, not just as a co-worker, but together on one particular case, I respected Mike and missed him and his wife when they left Tennessee. This is a tragic loss of such a professional, talented, and capable individual who left his mark on the world.

Michael, you will be missed so very much. by so many who love you..... I do believe god takes the best .... our hearts are heavy with grief, but we know your in heaven..... Michelle

I am so Sorry for the Lane Family. There are no words that can help you at this time. Just know that I am deeply sorry for your loss. And pray that in time you will know that I will be there for you for what every reason. Most of all just know GOD LOVES YOU AND MICHAEL IS IN HIS HANDS.

I had only knew Mike for a short period of time through his work at ROI with my grandson Liam..and in that short period of time I could tell how much he enjoyed his work and he truly had an impact on our lives. Liam's transition at the autism center was very difficult and Mike made it a wonderful experience. He now enjoys going because of him. The world has lost a wonderful person we will miss him dearly. God bless you all.. you are in our prayers

You will be missed dearly. Your life will live on through your son, and I know he has a great support system and many many stories he will be told about the amazing father who loved him so very much. Your last post showed the deep love you have for your son and wife. As I'm sure they knew they were...

Mike and my son were a part of a larger group of very close friends who, even through college, moving away, adulthood, marriage, and starting families have all remained close. To see such a strong, enduring and LOVING relationship between a group of young men is rare. And yet, knowing all of them, it doesn't surprise me. They were all raised this way.

Mike, you were always fun and funny. Intelligent and strong. Giving and loving. A wonderful grandson, son, brother, friend, husband and...
