I met Mike at Polk Brothers back in the1960"s. After we got to know each other, he would always save me the 1st Beatles 45 or album on the day it was released. A couple of years ago, I was at a dance and I saw a lady wearing a Moles Den t-shirt. We also had a great talk about Mike and those wonderful days of the past. When Mike saw you at ay event or shopping he always remembered you 30 or 40 years after you met him. Will never forget this one of a kind person. GOD BLESS YOU MIKE !!!

To all family members.....I also was a disk jockey in its Disco heyday from 75-82 at Fraziers Den owned by the great Earl D´Amico. Purchased many records at that time from Mike. Was on Republic Ave in Joliet. Believe it was called the Mole´s Den. Got to know Mike very well. Was a class guy. One special time during those years. Guys like him are hard to replace. Truly sorry. So many fun memories when we worked at Polk Brothers, Mickey headed the big record dept. I was just across the aisle as a cashier. He knew his music and all about the ones who sang it. Also aways personality plus. RIP Mick.
