Not sure what to say?

Merry Christmas Mike
It's still hard to believe that you are really gone, and that we aren't able to be with you. You are missed so very much by your family and friends. Rest in God's loving arms.
I love you

I met Michael in Charlottesville, Virginia, around 1990, lost touch when he returned to Michigan; later we reconnected when he was visiting Virginia again. I did have the opportunity to meet sister Kathleen. To the family: Michael's passage will be remembered in my prayers. He was a lover of music and of good food, a skilled, even intuitive, mechanic dedicated to service, with a wicked grin. A seeker.

Dear Ted and Diane,

It seems to go against nature. Our children should not predecease us. May God give you the strength to accept what we cannot change and know that your friends are with you in thought and prayer.

To the family of Michael M.Lapinski: Tom and would like to send our condolences to all of you. I have known Michael since Tom and I got married in 1970. He would come over everyday. I would take his mother shopping or to work for him since I had a car and she needed to get where ever it was that she needed to be. We moved to Indiana and we didn't see him till he showed up one day. We have been friends for along time.Needless to say, I miss him very much and he will forever live deep in my heart.

I am still in disbelief and shocked of the passing of Michael. I work at the Consumers Energy, Grand Rapids Service Center in the Mail & Copy Services. I saw and talked to Michael mostly every day. We had many long talks over lunch at and away from the office. Mike was one of the Good Guys and just a great person who was the very best at his job. Michael will be missed but will never be forgotten. My most sincere sympathy at the sudden loss and my payers for his family.

Michael was a fun person who loved life and enjoyed people. Ill remember him always humming or strumming a tune on whatever was at hand and the great converstions we shared while drinking a good beer or coffee. You are loved by many and will be missed. Condolences to your family and many friends.

I am heartsick to know Michael is gone. We called him "Motorola Mike" here at Consumers. He seemed always to have a smile, always willing to help. And he could fix things - technical expertise unsurpassed. I know I speak for many here at Consumers when I say he was truly one of the "good guys" and will be sorely missed.
Condolences and prayers for the Family.
