Not sure what to say?

I knew Michael when we were in our early 20´s. He was often at the same parties my husband and I attended. After reading his obituary, I thought his personality was captured beautifully. Back then, He loved the Pink Panther movie with Peter Sellers. He would have us all in stitches even though I didn´t care for that style of humor. I recently saw the movie with Steve Martin and laughed throughout remembering the many scenes Michael reenacted. When I googled him and found he had passed, I was...

Mike, I was shocked to hear of your passing. You were one of the funniest people I’ve ever met, probably the funniest. We knew each other when we worked together at Alexandria Hospital and then years later I got to see your smiling face behind the counter at several Safeway stores. Sending prayers and thoughts to your family.

Michael was a very nice Pharmacist I worked with at store 1431 years ago. With a good sense of humor , a smile on his face , he made everyone around him happy. He will be dearly missed.

I missed him a lot. I was his partner for 8 years at Safeway. He always made me laugh with all his jokes. He will be forever in my heart.

I first met Mike when he took it upon himself to visit the challenging location to which I had just been transferred. He kindly explained that he’d faced the exact same situations at that location and he understood what I was going through so he thought he’d stop by. He was always supportive with advice that was candid, honest, and useful. He visited me four times at that location until my challenges were resolved. Those short and uplifting visits were one of the kindest things anyone had...

One of the greatest persons I have met in my life ❤

I was a pharmacist with Safeway for over 20 years & knew Mike during that time. I really enjoyed his wit and ideas & he was always a joy to be around. I worked his store a few times when I was a floater and was impressed with its organization and steady workflow. I know he will be missed in many roles as husband, son, father as well as fellow pharmacist. He was an amazing man.

I knew Michael back in the 80’s when he first started out in pharmacy school. I met him through a mutual friend of ours. He was sweet, pleasant and had a sweet sense of humor. Last time I saw him was in the early 90’s filling a prescription. My condolences to his family and his mom. May he Rest In Peace. Maria Berman
