Not sure what to say?

When I first got to the hospital I was just thinking oh maybe it's just a checkup or something because he had about 4 months to go till he passes... But then when we got to the room Diane told us he was acting a little koo-koo so I giggled a little but then when we did get to see him he had some kind of breathing tube and medicine going in to him .... I was scared ... I have never seen like this before. Then my grandma told him I was here he said wow but I missed it because I was so anxious...

My deepest condolence to all the LaPorte Family. Mike and I was stationed together in the early seventies. With "Google" I have been trying to find "Old Buddies" of whom I served with. Michael was a dear friend. He always liked his Dodge Chargers and I remember him not only having one, but 2. One white and one blue, together we cruised the the streets and went skiing up in the mountains of Colorado while we were stationed there. His picture sure looks like him except...

Diane and family, My sympathies go out to all of you. I worked with Mike for 15 years at the mill. He was always good natured and so helpful. I considered him a friend, not just a coworker. The picture selected is just how I remember him. It makes me smile and cry at the same time. I am in shock, but at least he is no longer ill and now at Peace. Thinking of you and sending prayers.

Diane and family; Henri and I are so sorry for your loss. We went to school with Mike. Our sympathy to your entire family.

Diane and the LaPorte family:
Sorry for your loss of a great man who was always helping others.

My condolences on Mike's passing. I worked with Mike for many years at the Sprague Mill. A true professional. I'm sure he will be missed by many.

Diane and the LaPorte family:
My condolences on Mike's passing. He was always a pleasure to be around whether at work, on the golf course, or having a beer with. There aren't many people around who are always upbeat and even tempered, and we just lost one of them.

Diane and the entire LaPorte family, I am deeply saddened to hear of Mike's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Mike at the Federal Paperboard, Cascades, International Paper mill in Versailles.
He was an astute professional in every aspect of his job and a genuine, caring person. I was fortunate to work closely with him on various capital projects at the mill. His wisdom and insight was invaluable.
May the special memories shared together provide comfort in this time of sorrow....

Diane and the Laporte Family: My deepest sympathy on the loss of Mike. He was a great person and will be missed by all who knew him! May the Lord ease the pain of your loss. May he comfort you and your family. You are all in my prayers! If there is anything I can do let me know! God bless!
