Michael LaPres

I was stunned to learn of the passing of Mike and my sympathies go out to all who knew and loved him. I was fortunate to work with Mike for three years at Franco's at the Boulderado Hotel. He was a fabulous chef, a steadfast and loyal friend, and a lovely human being. This world is not the same with his passing. Alex, Sammy and the LaPres family. I am just now finding out about Mike. My deepest sympathies go out to you all. Mike was a sincere friend and never ceased to amaze me with his talent in the kitchen. He knew when I needed help and was always there to listen. Working with him at Jose's were some of the best times of my life.
