Not sure what to say?

I have added a photo of 1962-1963 Saint Mary's Academy Knights Basketball with a team leader Mike Legeay. What a good clean young man Mike was and a super leader in sports and academics. I can see those guys now. Michael lead a tiny(about 40 or to 50 per class) but very determined team in his years to winning records. Mike played with my brother Paul A Saffer also in the photo (it list all the members in the photo). Rest your soul Michael with our lord. goodbye, Thomas E. Saffer

I knew Michael in Paducah. I remember going home to tell my mother I had fallen in love with the cutest boy in the third grade. My mother laughed and told me he was my cousin. I continued to "love" him through St Thomas More and St. Mary´s. I even visited once at Xavier. Though we lost track, I will always remember my dear cousin. My deepest thoughts and prayers for his family.

Fond memories of SMA. I remember when Sister Thekla (principle) caught Mike and I shooting baskets in the gym. She challenged us to a game of HORSE and I think Mike let her win so we didn't get in trouble for being out of study hall. He was always the gentleman and fantastic basketball player. Dear Jane, In this time of sorrow, know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Kathleen Finley DCCH

I knew Mike when we were classmates at St. Mary´s Academy. He was a good friend and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. My condolences to his wife and family.
