I just today found out that my doctor of more had passed. He was a fine doctor and I'm sure and even man. Just prior to his retirement I thanked him for keeping me alive in spite of myself. I would always ask him about Charlie. My condolences to his wonderful family.

1/21/20 I just found out today about Dr. Liftman's passing and am in tears. He was my Doctor for 35 years. He made going to the Doctors a pleasant experience which is amazing in itself. He was kind, patient, and gentile but firm. He would explain everything in detail. He made it so easy to understand and took all fear away. For almost 30 years Dr. Liftman was my PCP. He was a kind, compassionate physician with a great sense of humor. He never made me feel rushed and always made me know he cared. Even when I moved away from Bristol, I still traveled to him for care. I was sad when he retired and sadder yet to hear news of his passing. I will miss so much about him and offer my deepest condolences to his family. Thank you for sharing him all these years and find comfort in knowing he was loved by so many.

I knew Mike professionally.
He was a gentle man, and a gentleman.
He was the best kind of primary care physician. Compassionate. Attentive to the needs of his patients. Always helpful to his fellow physicians.
