Not sure what to say?

Remembering Mike on this special anniversary. I always remember him as having the greatest (and seemingly ever-present) smile. Sending love to Diane, Ruth, Anna and the entire family.

Mike was a boss, a mentor, a friend and one of the most genuine and likable people I have ever met. He will be missed; but his spirit of a forceful intellect, an amazing sense of humor and humane kindness will live on in all of us forever. I am so sorry for your loss and send heartfelt condolences to the family.

To Lobbestael Family. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. I worked with Mike in the 80's at Steelcase. He was a great person, inspiring leader and genuine good guy. The world was a better place with Mike in it.

Diane, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during these difficult days. You were blessed to have an extraordinary husband and father these many years yet life is always too short. May God bless you and give you his peace.

While words are of little comfort, our deepest sympathy goes out to you and family. I have very fond memories working with Mike while in Toronto and staying in touch afterwards. Mike was a very unique individual, caring, genuine and always had a kind word. Our prayers are with all of you.

I'm really sorry about the news.
I worked with Mike for many years, and there is no questions he was one of the smartest people I ever new.
I will really miss him.
