Not sure what to say?

It's gravy , not sauce!

We are sorry to hear that Michael has passed. He was a long time member of Les Marmitons NJ Chapter. He was a fantastic cook and was our Safety Officer. He would instruct us at every of our monthly Events in the proper way to handle knives in a group environment. He was most certainly the King of Knives (and a very accomplished chef, in spite of his protestations). His unique personality lives on with us.

Thanks to the family for sending this reminder out. It's never easy to lose loved ones but seems that at the holidays, they are missed even more if possible. Wishing Mike's family and close friends, peace at this first Christmas without him. Rest in peace Mike and hope you're in heaven celebrating Christmas with the real thing up there!

(some of them were even shareable with others). In 1997 several of us Army Mainz comrades started to meet annually,,sharing our mid 60s exploits. Note: accuracy & modesty of remembered tales were not a requirement, but laughter...

My heartfelt condolences on this very big loss. Had the good fortune to work with Mike some years ago and he was such a dynamic, knowledgeable, professional. He always made you feel better about life after being in his company and as much as he was dynamic, he was also a person with patience and great humility. The common ground we shared with cooking was our spaghetti sauce and he once saved me a small jar of his famous sauce after volunteering at an event he cooked at. When he dropped...
