I worked with Michael for many years in his role as General Counsel of the TeleManagement Forum. Michael was a true gentleman, meticulous in his work, great company and always someone you looked forward to meeting. He was certainly humble and rarely spoke about his many and varied achievements unless you happened to stumble upon one during a conversation. A life well lived!

Nancy...Although I have not seen you or Mike in many years, it seems like yesterday that I was spending many afternoons and overnights with Mal and when Mike was there with us, he was always fun and kind. A terrific guy and a great brother to Mal. In our group of girls , we all admired him for being so sweet to us all. Then in later years he was a huge help to me when I needed him.. Dear Nancy & Family, So sorry to hear about Mike's passing. It was an honor to work with him at Gibbons. He was kind, generous, and the best time manager! I thought of him often and wondered how he was doing. It looks like he didn't sit down and rest during retirement. He was a wonderful man with a great spirit. May he Rest in Peace.

Mike was my first partner level influence when I began working at Crummy (Gibbons) 35 years ago. And a what a great influence he was. Brilliant, kind, hard- working, even-tempered. Mike was a lawyer's lawyer, but far more importantly, a fundamentally decent and ethical man. He will be greatly missed.

Of the many hundreds of lawyers I have interacted with in my 60 years of practice, Mike stands out as one of, if not the, most memorable. He was certainly the most decent, ethical and collegial of all. It was an honor to have known him. Lou Ruprecht
