I am so shocked and saddened, to hear of Mike's passing. My late husband, John (JT) Thomas, and myself shared many laughs with Mike. He was a great guy and what a tremendous loss to such a nice family. My heart goes out to all you, at this difficult time. I'm so sorry for your loss.
