Michael James Madick

Mike was my dentist for many years when I lived in Petaluma until I moved away. He was a good dentist snd a Very friendly person. He will be greatly missed.

May your memories help you through this sad time. My recollections are when your daughter and mine, Bonnie, were playing soccer and we parents were on the sidelines cheering them on. I'm very sorry for your loss.
