Dear Mike,
No words are enough to express how much you've meant to me. My closest friend, you were always there, be it to share a good time or to offer a shoulder to lean on when I was in trouble. Your kindness, devotion, and loyalty to your friends fascinated me; I've never met anyone with a heart bigger than yours. I know you are in a better place, but you are missed so much!!!!!
I will treasure every memory we shared. I still refuse to think of you in a past tense... You will...

When we met on the very first day of Fordham, I remembered thinking that you were really nice and a bit quiet. I soon learned the quiet part was just temporary, but that my other impression was right--you were one of the good ones. You are a wonderful man, with so many friends who love and care for you and will miss you dearly. Your life was taken too soon, but you'll always be remembered alive and smiling in our hearts.
