As a volunteer with Cocker Spaniel Adoption Center (in Maryland) and Oldies But Goodies Cocker Spaniel Rescue (In the Washington, DC area), I had the great honor to meet Michael some years ago when he adopted dogs from these rescues. In one case, Michael actually rescued Chloe from our Rescue (we had no more foster space for a touchy older cocker).
