Not sure what to say?

With sadness I send my prayer, late as this date is following Michael's journey into eternity. I know he was surrounded by every expression of human love possible, and I join my remembrances in that long trail of love.

We came to know Mike at the Cathedral. He was a good man and will be missed. The way he handled his illness with such dignity and strength was inspiring. May he rest in peace.

Julie and Carol -- was sooo very sorry to hear about Mike's passing. The saying "he put up a good fight" was definitely made for him. Will always think of him when I sing or hear "Four Green Fields"...knowing it was one of his and his mom's favorites:) He's surrounded now by many of the truly 'greats' of Irish song and story. Strong spirit, gentle heart...that was Mike. He will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you both during this sad and trying time...and with the...

Thinking of childhood memories especially during the holidays; so glad we were a close family....wish we could be there today...our love and prayers go out to Aunt Julie and Jerry & Nancy who so lovingly cared for you. We know you're with your dad Uncle John. Love Janet (Yaworsky) & Joel Walcott

Didn't know Mike personally but saw him often at Coleman's and interacted with him from time to time. He always looked like enjoying life was the best thing ever. Gone way too soon.

I will always cherish the fun times we had as young kids and as adults. We had many a good laugh back then. I will never forget spending some of our later years at Coleman's and the enthusiasm you brought when we spent the afternoon there listening to great Irish music. You will be sorely missed and I know you were greeted by all of the wonderful family and friends that went before you. Although I won't be there for the services, I will be there in spirit and praying that Aunt Julie and all...

Whenever Donal and I played at Coleman's, we could always count on Big Mike to be there requesting rebel songs. We always knew it would be a good afternoon when he was there with his family and friends. Peggy and I send our thoughts and prayers along to Julie and the rest of the family.

Mike was a huge supporter of Irish music and a particular joy to perform for at Colemans and other venues around the area. He will be missed by all of us in the band every day, especially on Sundays. Slainte, Rebel Mike! The Kilgore McTrouts.

I spent many happy Sundays at Coleman's with Mike, his Mom and the rest of the "Gang" listening to Irish music and having a pint or two or three... I'm sure Ed was at the Gate waiting for you. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.
