Michael Marquart

On this ninth anniversary of Michael's death, I still say, "Oh Mike," when I think of him, just wishing he could still be with us. There are so many times now that I would love to call him, share an experience, laugh at his funny sense of humor, just revel in the love that poured out of him. I know he's in heaven now, close to God and I can look forward to seeing him when I join him there!

Saddened to learn today of Michael's passing. I feel honored and blessed to have known this very special man for so many years.

Mike was my first love - a wonderful, sensitive, intelligent and creative man whom I have never forgotten. I am so sorry and sad that he has left this world so early and send my love and condolences to all of his family.

Mike was a loving brother, full of joy with a creative sense bigger than life. He chose happiness in all situations and chose to make his friends and family know they were loved. He was a truly remarkable person who was a great example of how glorious life can be every day, even in rotten health or when circumstances are not the best. He will be terribly missed.

A brilliant psychologist, trusted mentor, passionate gardener, and beloved friend. You will never be forgotten. May you rest in peace.

Michael was a nice man, good listener with a good sense of humor. He departed to early. Best wishes to the family.
