Not sure what to say?

Dear Alycia:

It was wonderful seeing you this summer at grandma Karen's. We are so sorry for you and your family. We send our love and sympathy to all of you. God bless you all.

Great Grandma and Grandpa Phil and Margaret Christy Syracuse, New York

I just like to remember Mike & Ray growing up in Orange Cove at each other's houses having a blast. In High School, they were in the Play..."Guys & Dolls" together. Wonderful memories...He will NEVER be forgotten!!!

Dear Michelle, Alycia, Ian and Weston...Your husband and father was a truly great American and a great Man. I had the absolute pleasure of being a friend and the last few months that I was able to talk more to him via Brent, I got to know how unbelievably awesome this guy was. He loved with all his heart and he gave with all his givings. His intellect was of shear brilliance and his passion for life exhillerated all those around him. I will miss his unending optimism and his prose for...

My brother Ray and I lived two houses down from Mike and Jeannie Mason. They were our best friends growing up. We had the times of our lives in Orange Cove with our friends. The memories of all of the laughing and playing with Mike will always be in my heart. He was like my second "Big Brother." My heart hurts knowing that he is not here with us anymore and I hurt for his family, but I know we will see him again one day.

I, like many others, knew Mike from our days at Reedley High, but it wasn't until this last year that I had the honor of corresponding with him - an opportunity that I'm very grateful for as he was such a blessing and always so up-beat.

I wish only that God would have afforded everyone more time with such a great, funny, and positive soul.

My thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to Michelle and his children. He served his country proudly and as you know, he loved you all so...

Michelle, Ian, and Weston,
I was so shocked and deeply saddened by the news. May God be with you and the boys in your time of sorrow. I continue to pray for you all. I have such wonderful memories of spending time with you both. Mike had the gift of making me laugh no matter what kind of mood I was in. He is such a great man and will be sadly missed. Michelle please let me know if you need anything.
May God bless your family. Love, Nicole and family

Michelle,
My deepest sympathies to you and your boys and Alycia. Mike and I were high school friends that lasted a life time. We life guarded together and had summers filled with laughs and practical jokes. My husband and I would receive random phone calls whenever he was state side and then in the past few years the emails and phone calls were a bit more regular. He transformed into a man who loved Jesus, loved his wife deeply, proud of his daughter, and adored his boys. Being one who was...

I went to high school with Mike and remember him fondly, especially his smile. Mike was an amazing person--one of the good ones--and I am truly saddened to hear of his passing. Although I have never met Mike's family, my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

When I was growing up in Orange Cove, CA Mike was a very good friend. Being around him was always fun and Mike kept me smiling even thru hard times. Altho I never met his wife & family, my thoughts are with them during this difficult time. I hope it brings a small comfort to them that everyone who knew Mike will never forget him or his constant smile.
