Oh Michael,

I have nothing but fond memories of you. And I’m just finding of your passing today, on its 2nd anniversary. I have so many stories of your wit and humor locked into my memories of the Monomoy Theatre. I hope you’ve found peace and I hope all that loved you also find theirs. I’ll see you on the other side, bud.

To my beautiful nephew, Michael -

You were always so courageous, helped those in need, and loved with all of your heart. You were such a generous person, Michael, because you gave your heart and soul to your family and friends. It broke my heart losing you and today, a year after you left us, my heart is still broken. I know you are with Nana and Gid, and others who we loved who left us. I hope you are laughing that wonderful laugh of yours and are at peace! You will always be...

The day you left us, you left so many hearts shattered; your Sisters and mine especially. It's hard to believe that it has already been a year since you got your wings. We will never be the same and we hope that you are at peace and happy, finally. Please watch over your Sister and guide her as you did in life, she is lost without you.
