I will always remember this doctor for his perfection in life!! And his wonderful bed side manner and he was so respectful I have yet to find a doctor to match his ways in any way. Shape or form!! He was a great doctor whom Ill always cry over and miss dearly!! God bless you in heaven!!! Because you were an angel here on earth already working for god!! You were such a perfectionist and did your best work here!! Including saving my.life!! Ill love you forever!!!

A belated entry on hearing of the untimely passing of Dr. Michael Mcdonough. My deep felt sympathy to all family and friends. I remember him as the dedicated doctor when I worked in the Bayonne Hospital cytology lab, so attentive to his patients care that it made you marvel. I know Dr McDonough not because I was his patient. I was simply an operator on his answering service for the last year and a half. He never knew me personally but when we spoke, he was always a kind man on the phone. Reading these comments in this guestbook tonight made me realize what an exceptional human being he was. As everyone else I was shocked and saddened by the passing of this sweet talented and caring human being, he brought my spirits up when I was ill and gave me wonderful care and great hope. I know he will be sorely missed and always remembered, his short life here was to heal and help others.

I FIRST MET DR.MC DONOUGH BACK IN NOV.2000 WHILE VISITING FAMILY IN BAYONNE. AFTER MY LONG PLANE RIDE FROM PHOENIX, I BECAME SHORT OF BREATH. DR.MC DONOUGH DIAGNOSED & TREATED ME FOR A PULMONARY EMBOLI. HE TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME. I WOULDN'T BE HERE WITHOUT HIS WONDERFUL CARE & TREATMENT. THIS WORLD NEEDS MORE CARING DOCTORS LIKE HIM.
