Michael Scott McGee

Michael was born on February 28, 1957 and passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. Michael was a resident of Albia, Iowa at the time of passing. Mike was born on February 28, 1957 to James and Patricia (O'Hara) McGee of Melrose, Iowa, and graduated from Albia High School Class of 1975 - a/k/a "Mags". Visitation will be held on Friday, March 16, 2018 opening to the public at 1:00 p.m., and Mike's family will be present to greet friends from 4-8 p.m. at Sinnott Funeral Home in Albia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Albia, with Fr. Following the service and luncheon, burial will be at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Melrose. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Albia's First Responders (Police, Fire, Emergency).
