Wonderful Homewood Neighbor

My condolences to Mike's family. Both of my children workroom for Supreme Jewelers when they were in high school. They had a lovely experience and my son would visit Mike whenever he came home. He was such an asset to our community. We miss him.

Michael has been a part of our lives on Canterbury Court for 16 years. We have all enjoyed his anecdotes and his smiles as we meet by the mailboxes or the front yard. Jen, in particular, loved sharing his love of reading/writing and will cherish the books he gifted her. A wonderful neighbor, a wonderful man. Our thoughts and prayers and with Deborah and his entire family.

This is beyond sad. I´ve missed you since you closed the store. I´ve never had such a trusted relationship with a store but you and Kim made that possible. Rest in diamonds Mike

So sorry for Mike´s family and friends to hear of his passing. It´s wonderful to read all the entries that mention his trustworthiness and caring which is so hard to find with a jeweler and neighborhood business. People are busy and skeptical which makes enduring friendships hard. But Mike was a true friend! He was missed when the business closed and he will be missed even more now. Blessings to the family and family of friends. So happy to still have some pieces he picked out for me!

Although Supreme Jewelers has been closed for several years many in Hyde Park including me still have fond memories of Mike McGuire. I send deep condolences to his family.
