My sincere sympathy to Mike's family. He will be missed by those of us at Verizon with whom he worked and joked for so many years. I'll miss his sage advice and keen insight into any issue that I had the good fortune of consulting with Mike. He was a wonderful man with an uplifting outlook on life.
