Dear Michelle & Aimee,
Your Dad meant so much to us. We'll never forget the great times that we spent with him and with the two of you. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. We don't want to lose track of you so please share your latest phone numbers and addresses. Our home is always your home away from home in Sun Valley.
Lots of love,
Jim & Willa McLaughlin

I interacted with Mike as he has worked with us the last couple of years to help with our venture at Aesec Corporation. He was always so helpful, energetic and encouraging, and just a joy to be around. My wife and I share his Montana roots, and whenever we met he always shared some enthusiastic comment about that common enjoyment. I will miss him and his wisdom.

From Cuong and family.
I have met Mike at Twinstar company. He was a very nice and cheerful person; he always greeted people with a smiling face. At the Twinstar’s Christmas party in 2004, he joyfully drank, talked, laughed, and danced with us. He will be missed. Our deepest sympathies to his family.

I am a lucky one who got to both ski and golf with Mike in 2005, as well as share some laughs. I know he still loved to compete; and he cherished his daughters. We worked on a couple of startup ideas in the past eight years. Everyone will miss Mike's push and optimism. My deepest sympathies to his family.

I met Mike at Advantage Production Technology. He was a fascinating and complex person. Enthusiasm was his middle name. Optimism was pervasive as well in his personality. I guess you would sum it all up as a zest for living, i.e. joie de vivre. My deepest sympathies to his family members and work mates.

I worked with Mike at Advantage Production Technology, this was one of his startups. He was always an inspiration to me and all the other employees. It was a sad day when we all had to say goodbye to our colleges at Advantage, put it is nothing compared to this. Mike contributed more then he knew to the people around him, and our industry. Be at peace Mike.
