My brother was a man who cherished his wife and family. He accomplished much in life and was well respected within the Catholic Church which I witnessed at his celebration of life service. He and Jan raised one of the nicest families I have ever met and I am extremely proud to be his sister and the aunt to his children.

Uncle Mike was a wonderful man All of his Neices and Nephews [ Dickerts, Bast, & McCord] in Wisconsin will miss him dearly. In honor for his Love of Christ- Masses will be said in his Memory at the The Holy Hill Basillica - The Shrine of Mary, Hubertus , Wis.

It was very exciting to share Mikes love for the Packers and Badgers. It meant we got to talk often since both their seasons lasted beyond the regular season. He always had his Badger flag out for football and basketball. Sometimes it was a quick turn around to the Packer flag. It was very appropriate that our last conversation was about those Packers. You will now have the best seat in the house at lambeau. Plus you will be warm. Thanks for being a great big brother I have great memories Love Marylu
