Not sure what to say?

"I remember Grandpa's love for gardening. He would always ask me to go tend to one of the plants, or go pick some vegetables for my family. What I remember most was the zucchini, it was always so delicious. We would go home with at least five of them every time they were ripe. Grandpa always had a nice, small but very lush garden and I would love just to go see what had grown since last time we were there. Grandpa was the one who taught me how to garden, and I'm so thankful for that. The last...

My dad asked me to go grab Grandma's purse in Grandpa's room. He was in bed about to go to sleep. I went over to his bed and gave him a hug and a kiss. Then I said "Night, Soldier." He smiled back with a big grin and said "Good Night, My Cadet."

I love you Grandpa!

I have countless fond memories of Grandpa. From Little Caesars pizza always after working at their home to him recollecting his stories from WWII to me. However, there has been one memory that has been sticking out this past week.

I was about 12, just getting into golf. Grandpa was down at our home and decided to take me to the golf course. I wanted to go to the driving range, but as Grandpa always said "Drive for show, putt for gold." To the practice green it was. Grandpa...

So many memories are coming fast
They are a part of me.
You were a gallant man
Always brave, thinking of others,
Strong and valiant until the end.
Thank you for your goodness and faith,
Guidance of all your children,
Especially your eldest daughter Denise
Who would later become my mother.
I see your...
