Although we drifted apart as we grew older and while raising our families, Mike was always a great friend. I have many good memories from our ball playing days ever since we were kids. We were so sorry to hear about Mike. He was a great man. I remember when I was in junior high I was studying for a test, Mike was helping me study by coming up with Word associations so I could remember the facts. It sure helped me ace the test. We are currently in Las Vegas with our daughters, so sorry we were unable to attend the funeral. We offer our condolences and will keep the family in our prayers during this difficult time.
