Not sure what to say?

How do I say "good by" to a friend of 37+ years? Words cannot express the extent of my sadness. Mikel and I met when he was 23 and I was 17. We shared the passion of the theatre, dance and life. The last 12-15 years we delved into one another mind. We helped and supported each other through a wide range of life's events. (I feel) we confided a great deal in one another over the years. Mikel was talented beyond words, passionate, and a jewel in my life. Mikel, you died much to soon. I had...

It is with great sadness that I just now learned of Mick's passing today. I will treasure the brief time we got to spend together earlier this year (...when he visited Los Angeles over New Year's and was so proud to show me 'his turf' up in Carmel when I visited in March!) He touched so many lives with his kindness, generosity and positive spirit...his void will be felt for a long time to come, and I am blessed to have had him come into my life.

Michael was the first co-host of Oregon Art Beat on OPB-TV. He was a generous, loving man who really enjoyed being on TV! I was very sad to hear of his sudden passing.

Mikel was always a light in my life...I always enjoyed running into him and seeing his smiling face...I learned so much through the Frohman Academy that has lasted throughout my career in the arts and Mikel was definitely one of my first mentors...we had many great dinner evenings together (especially my Mom's cheesecake)...My family and I send our warmest sympathies to Mikels Mom and family...I love and miss you...Nicole

I was lucky enough to have Michael in my life and neighbourhood when I was a young girl. Mike was always a great friend and favorite "cousin" to my sisters and brother. The world is a better place because Michael was here and I will hold him lovingly in my heart forever.

To my Godfather who was always in my heart and thoughts. I will miss seeing you but you always brought me joy and laughter when I did. I will miss you greatly Uncle Mike. See you when I get there.
Love Paula Quiriconi (Prickett)

My heart goes out to you Auntie Audie, and I am filled with sorrow. I will always remember Michael being so big and strong and handsome and always kind and sweet to me and us Quiriconi children. ~May you rest with Angels Micheal and know that you shall forever hold a place in my heart.

Mike was a great friend and will be greatly missed by all that knew him. He loved his mother and spent whatever time he could with her. He was a very loving individual and we were lucky to have been a part of his life and he in ours. May he rest in God's hands.

Our hearts go out to Michael's family and friends who loved him! He had a wonderful gift of laughter and we feel privileged to have known him. Godspeed Michael Pippi!
