Not sure what to say?

One year later - Today I was walking on a downtown street thousands of miles from Mike´s home. Around the corner approached a man who could have been no one else but Mike Miller walking the opposite direction I naturally extended my arms to greet my brother and for a brief moment life was normal. As my head popped back into reality I thanked God for providing this beautiful memory of a dear friend who still holds a significant place in my heart. I pray for Lucy and family every day.

My love and thoughts are with you all. I know Mike will be GREATLY missed. and is GREATLY LOVED. Love, Phyllis Derry (Auntie-in-law to Amy).

Dear Lucy, as you know Mike and I shared something silent and serious which is why I am speechless and devastated today and always. He counseled me on many things over the past thirty years and I am a better man for it. I hope that you and everyone know that Circus, The Row, and even Reno would not be any smidgeon of what they are now, if not for Mike Miller. He was the quiet voice of reason at every point of decision and his sense of humor and his temper made me laugh. I have prayed for him...

Lucy and family --

Mandy, the girls, and I heartbroken to hear about the loss of Mike. I cannot think of a better and more supportive couple to be neighbors to our parents. Mike was a true class act, an honest and kind friend, a devoted husband and father, and just a wonderfully nice man. Please know our thoughts are prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Mike and Mandy Stewart

I will miss my dear neighbor and buddy, I always enjoyed seeing Mike out in his garage working on his Chevelle, his Fathers Studebaker, we talked about personal things I'll miss his smile

We will always remember Mike as a person of the highest integrity, friendliness, and how much he loved Alex. TKD was always better when he was there, and Paul will always remember having to avoid those long arms and legs when they were sparring! I’m so sorry for his passing but maybe he and Tim are doing some forms together.

I enjoyed playing Monday night tennis with Mike at Lakeridge. He was always polite and good humored.

We would like to express our sincere condolences in your loss. May warm and precious memories help you in time to pass from sadness into joy once more. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Mike was such a wonderful person, boss and friend during the years I worked for him at the Eldorado. He was so kind, considerate and understanding. He had so much patience with me. He will be greatly missed. Jane & Max Porter
