Not sure what to say?

Pat, Mike was one of the best always ready with a quip or advise. My prayers are with you and the family. Just remember you all have friends.

Pat,

Mike will always live in the minds and hearts of all the friends he made. His humor was infectious; we enjoyed grand interchanges about the joys of bar-b-queing in the wind and rain. His stories of your travels (and travails) with the Harleys were always enjoyed.

May you find comfort in the prayers of family, friends and strangers alike; all joined here to bid adieu to Mike.

Mike, keep those Harleys polished up there. I hear tell that the...

Pat - Mike touched so many people's lives - and our internet community is mourning his loss. He was kind and witty, philosophical and upbeat, and always offered an encouraging word to those around him. I'm sorry I never had the chance to meet him face to face, but as Don said, he will live forever in our hearts. I pray your many years of happiness together will sustain you in this time of sadness.

Dear Pat,

I never met Mike in person, but I fell he was a good friend. I enjoyed exchanging mail with him and he was always upbeat all through his illness, expressing more concern for the other sick people he met along the way than for himself - always thinking of others. I feel fortunate to have crossed his path and have gained significantly from the experience. In my memory, he will always live.

Pat,

I am sorry to hear of your loss. Mike was a deep and thoughtful man. I enjoyed the many conversations we had. He will be missed by many whose lives were touched. I am proud to have known Mike.

May the Hand of God be with you and yours in this time of hardship. May He bless you all.

Pat,
I always enjoyed my internet correspondence with Mike over the past years. His commentary was always insightful -- and often humorous as well.

I'll remember the evening that you, he and I spent talking and eating in Seattle -- a fun evening.

I am not able to make it up to the memorial this weekend, but will attend in spirit.

Pat was very lucky to have someone like Mike who cared so deeply for her! You could tell by his posts that he truly loved her! When he told us he had cancer and was taking care of personal matters to make sure Pat was OK, I knew then that he was an awesome person! I only regret having never had the chance to meet him in this life, but I very much look forward to meeting him in heaven. Take care Pat and please let us know if we can ever do anything for you! Dear Pat:

I cannot describe the many happy memories that you and Mike bring to mind. Our work introduced us, but it was a keen sense of humor and an undeniable urge to march to a different drummer that brought us together. I will always remember Mike and hope that those good memories keep you going in this time of sadness.
