Not sure what to say?

I was reminded today of Mike's passing two years ago and should now add: over the past year I have begun teaching Journalism in American University's Washington Semester program. I draw on my experiences learning the basics from my summers working for Mike--with many of the same issues reflected in many of my seminar's meetings with reporters from the Washington Post, Christian Science Monitor, NBC News and other leading news media. They include professional ethics and the importance of local...

Dear MJ and Mary, Kathy, Ann, Patrick, Michael and Jack,
What wonderful memories you must have of Mike....husband, father, grandfather and someone who contributed to, and was such a great part of this community.! As a teacher of some of you children, a sort of "second mom" to Ann, and having worked on some community projects with Mike, I have been fortunate to be aware of what a good person he was and of what a great family you, MJ, and he raised! It is my hope that these...

My prayers to the Milmoe family. God be with all of you. I really miss being at Hatch lake playing and swimming with your family. It has been many years since we've been in New York we moved to Texas and miss being up there. I think about y'all all the time. Our families had good times growing up. God bless you all.

Mike was my first boss out of college,as he bought the Chittenang-Bridgeport Times and put his faith in me as editor. I learned alot from him during my 4 years there, and have fond memories of our work together and the crew at the Bee. I am sorry to hear about his passing, but your Dad/husband/Poppa was a good man and loved you all. May your memories help you through this time. Karen Budzynski Knight

Mr Milmoe was as much a part of the Canastota community as anyone could ever be. He kept the community connected with the Bee Journal and he served the village in many roles. He made it feel like one large family. Thank you.

Mary, Kathy, Anne, Patrick, Michael and Jack. You were blessed to have had him as a guiding influence and as a father. He earned his heavenly wings long ago.

Mrs. Milmoe and the entire Milmoe family, our heart and condolences go out to you. Thoughts and...

So sad to learn of the passing of Mr. Milmoe. Some of my best childhood memories were those times spent playing at the Milmoe home and camp with Anne and siblings. Mr. and Mrs Milmoe were warm and wonderful people and you could feel the love in their home. Sending thoughts and prayers to the entire Milmoe family and know that through all of the sadness you will always have so many special memories of your husband/dad/poppa to cherish.

Please accept the most heartfelt sympathies of Le Moyne College. We hope the love and memories that you will forever hold in your heart bring you peace and comfort during this difficult time.
