Mary Lou & family:
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

His daughter, Mary Lou, was his heart, and Sammy was...

You are in our thoughts and prayers. Now his pain free glorious life really begins.
Bless all of you!

Kathy,
Please accept our deepest sympathy and know that Mike will be missed by the entire family. Love, John, Mattie, Gregory, Tiffany and Nicholas
